Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

4. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
Payment must be received in full at the time of order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
6. Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. You must notify us in writing within this period.
You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. Returns must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging, including any enclosed documentation. You are entitled to handle the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and function, as you would in a physical store.
If the goods are returned damaged, used beyond this allowance, or otherwise diminished in value, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from your refund to reflect the reduction in value.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods and will be made using the original payment method. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.
7. Returns Policy (Extended 30-Day Policy)
In addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, we offer an extended 30-day returns period from the date of delivery.
Returns requested between 15 and 30 days are accepted subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging and documentation
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty or supplied in error
- A £5 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund
UK Returns
UK customers may use our Royal Mail self-service returns portal to generate a prepaid return label or QR code. This allows parcels to be returned via a Post Office or designated drop-off location.
International Returns
For orders outside the UK, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
This extended returns policy is offered as a goodwill service and does not affect your statutory rights.
8. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If you receive faulty or incorrect goods, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.
9. Altered or Customised Items
Any items that have been altered, hemmed, or customised at the customer’s request may not be eligible for return unless originally faulty upon initial provision.

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
